«La Libertad Cultural es la capacidad de las personas para definir su propia identidad y evaluar su cultura individual. La exploración de Noségo, artista afroamericano originario de Filadelfia, lo lleva a plasmar en su muro a Oshun, la deidad Africana (Yoruba) del amor y las aguas dulces, que en Cuba se sincretiza en la Virgen de la Caridad del Cobre. En su Mural Baño de Sol, una mujer africana sale del agua y levanta sus manos para crear un sortilegio de luz y amor, una creación que producirá otras creaciones. La vida ilumina con la fuerza de las aguas dulces, refresca con su dulce protección y habla de un acto de amor por la naturaleza.
El mural de Nosego es un testimonio de la vida de una persona que vive en los pequeños momentos. Cuando su mano alargada y su brazo fuerte sostienen un pincel, el artista más que trabajar en una obra se encuentra realizando un hermoso soliloquio en la sinfonía de su vida, pocas veces se puede apreciar tal libertad en el trazo, tal vez sea por eso que la sonrisa en el rostro de Oshún es serena y alegre, mostrando que su autor fue verdaderamente libre .»
